JACKSON, Michigan, May 7 -- Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tim Walberg announced that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded $900,000 in Brownfields Grants to communities in Michigan's 7th District. Funding from this program is utilized to help communities assess, clean up, and redevelop abandoned and contaminated properties.
