WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, issued the following after called on the Public Utilities Commission to extend their moratorium on utility terminations:
"Rhode Islanders shouldn't have to worry about losing utility service in the middle of a pandemic.
"I am pleased that utility terminations are being suspended through the end of the month.
"This is the right thing to do." . . .
