WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced the award of $600,000 in National Science Foundation (NSF) grants to Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute (HWI) for multiple research projects into the molecular structure of SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causes COVID-19.
