COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 7 -- The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio issued the following news release:
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) approved construction authorization from the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) directing Norfolk Southern Railway (NS) and Wheeling & Lake Erie Railroad (WLE) to make upgrades at rail crossings in Fulton and Lorain counties.
NS will modify and upgrade active warning devices at the S. Main Street/State Route 64 grade . . .
