WASHINGTON, May 7 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement on Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue sending guidance to governors and major meat processing company leaders for implementing President Trump's Executive Order on keeping meat processing facilities open:
