Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) announced $29,420 in federal funds for housing authorities in Starr County. These funds, awarded through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, will ensure people with disabilities have access to affordable housing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
