JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, May 6 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Department of Housing and Urban Development announced the agency would award CARES Act Admin Fee Regular and Mainstream Voucher Program grants totaling $347,014 to Bristol, Elizabethton, Johnson City, Kingsport and Morristown:
