PARK RIDGE, Illinois, May 6 -- The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists issued the following news release:
Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont and Kansas Governor Laura Kelly have issued executive orders to remove restrictive physician involvement and enable nurse anesthetists to practice at the full extent of their education and training. They join 12 other state governors who have issued executive orders to help meet the demand in care for patients with COVID-19.
