WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Reps. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following joint statement after House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, laid out four strategies for reopening the House:
