WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Rep. Antonio Delgado, D-New York, issued the following news release on May 4:
The Small Business Administration (SBA) announced they have opened the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and Advance application portal for small agricultural enterprises.
