WASHINGTON, May 2 -- Rep. Colin Allred, D-Texas, issued the following statement after he and members of the Texas Congressional Delegation sent a letter urging the Trump administration to approve Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's appeal so state can receive disaster relief funds to help those impacted by the Oct. 20, tornado:
