WHITE PLAINS, New York, May 2 -- Rep. Nita Lowey, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-NY17/Rockland-Westchester) announced that two mental health clinics in New York's 17th Congressional District, which includes all of Rockland and part of Westchester Counties, will receive $6 million in funding to increase access to and improve the quality of mental health and substance use disorder treatment services.
