WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Sen. Martha McSally, R-Arizona, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senator Martha McSally (R-AZ) announced that the U.S. Department of Defense will move forward with the Ground Transport Equipment Building at Fort Huachuca in calendar year 2020. The funding for the project was set to be awarded in FY2019, but was delayed due to an ongoing environmental cleanup. With the cleanup recently completed, the project has been fully refunded at $30 million.
