MEMPHIS, Tennessee, May 1 -- Rep. Stephen Cohen, D-Tennessee, issued the following statement:
Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced that the Shelby County Board of Education will receive a $12,163,726 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to operate its Head Start programs.
