CHEYENNE, Wyoming, April 30 -- The Wyoming State Bar issued the following news release:
The Wyoming Supreme Court issued an order suspending Cheyenne attorney Ronald G. Pretty from the practice of law for a period of ninety (90) days beginning May 11, 2020.
The order of suspension stemmed from Pretty's conduct in drafting a will for an elderly woman which named her daughter (Pretty's client) as executrix and as a beneficiary and identified Pretty as the elderly woman's . . .
