NEW YORK, April 30 -- New York Mayor Bill de Blasio issued the following news release:
Mayor Bill de Blasio and Speaker Corey Johnson announced "Project Cupid," a joint effort between the Office of the City Clerk and the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) to transition the marriage licensing process fully online.
