WASHINGTON, April 29 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph, announced an additional $540,000 in funding to support nine public housing agencies across southwest Michigan in their response to the coronavirus crisis in public housing. The funding was made possible through the CARES Act Supplemental Public Housing Operating Funds. Upton voted for the CARES Act at the end of March.
