WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Rep. Nita Lowey, D-New York, chair of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement on April 27 regarding the warning letters issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to manufacturers and retailers who sell e-cigarette products that target youth and teens:
