LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, April 28 -- Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of Arkansas issued the following news release:
The Governor held his daily COVID-19 press conference at noon today because all governors were going to participate in a call with the President at 1 p.m.
