U.S. Senator Bob Menendez and Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. (N.J.-09) wrote to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General calling for an investigation into the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) decision-making process to determine if it's been compromised by political pressure to promote unproven therapies to treat COVID-19.
