BISMARCK, North Dakota, April 28 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement on U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer notifying Congress that Canada and Mexico have taken necessary measures to comply with their commitments under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, meaning it will enter into force on July 1:
