WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, issued the following joint statement with Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska and Rep. Don Young, R-Alaska, after Alyeska, the consortium that owns and operates the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, announced the temporary proration of North Slope crude oil production:
