The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (Bank) reported net income of $51.6 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. In comparison, for the quarters ended December 31, 2019 and March 31, 2019, the Bank reported net income of $61.7 million and $58.4 million, respectively.
