ALBANY, New York, April 25 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following order (Case No. 16-M-0330) involving Village of Rockville Centre: Petition of CTIA - The Wireless Association to Update and Clarify Wireless Pole Attachment Protections. Tariff filing by the Village of Rockville Centre to Modify its Electric Tariff Schedule, P.S.C. No. 3, to Revise the Wireline Rate and Add a Wireless Pole Attachment Rate to the Village's Tariff Schedule.
