N.Y. PSC Issues Ruling on EDF Renewables Development

ALBANY, New York, April 25 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following ruling (Case No/s. 18-F-0498) involving EDF Renewables Development: Application of EDF Renewables Development, Inc. for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 of the Public Service Law for Construction of a Solar Electric Generating Facility in the Town of Burns, Allegany County and the Town of Dansville, Steuben County.
