WASHINGTON, April 25 -- Reps. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Texas, and Frank Lucas, R-Oklahoma, chairman and ranking member of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, issued the following joint statement on the Federal Communications Commission's vote on regulations for orbital space debris:
