Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR) issued the following statement after the House passed the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act to help small businesses and health care systems during the COVID-19 pandemic:
"In the wake of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, Congress acted swiftly to pass the CARES Act to provide funding for our communit . . .
