WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on reports that Chinese Communist Party agents were behind a massive disinformation campaign aimed at sowing panic in the U.S. amid the coroanvirus outbreak:
