Beaumont Health has signed a definitive agreement to sell its ambulance division, which includes Community Emergency Medical Service, Inc. (CEMS), Parastar, Inc., and Beaumont Mobile Medicine, to Superior Air Ground Ambulance Service, Inc., an organization the health system has been working with closely for the past year.
