ST. JOSEPH, Michigan, April 22 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after an agreement was reached to provide additional funding for the Paycheck Protection Program:
"The Paycheck Protection Program protects jobs and helps keep small businesses open - period. I am pleased to see that - finally - Congressional leaders reached an agreement to provide additional funding for this program, as well as for testing and hospitals.
