ALBANY, New York, April 22 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following transcript on April 21:

We had a meeting at the White House this afternoon and it was very productive and it was positive and we got a lot done.
I've been talking for a number of days as have most governors about testing as the next phase that we have to enter . . .
