LINCOLN, Nebraska, April 17 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, a member of the Senate Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the Small Business Administration reported that small businesses have received $3 billion in loans through the Paycheck Protection Program:
