HOUSTON, Texas, April 21 -- Rep. Lizzie Fletcher, D-Texas, issued the following statement on April 20:
Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) released the following statement after the price per barrel of oil hit historic lows:
"The impacts of today's historic price drop will be felt acutely throughout our community here in the energy capital of the world.
"Tomorrow, I will file bipartisan, bicameral legislation to appropriate funds to make a Strat . . .
