WASHINGTON, April 18 -- The Federal Trade Commission issued the following news release:
The Federal Trade Commission has sent a report to Congress related to retailers' policies concerning shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico.
The report was requested by the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations and addresses concerns that some companies may not ship to these areas, even though they are served by the U.S. Postal Servi . . .
