Rep. Tonko Cheers 200K Grant Funding Research to Address N95 Mask Shortage

AMSTERDAM, New York, April 18 -- Rep. Paul D. Tonko, D-New York, issued the following news release:

Congressman Paul D. Tonko announced that Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute has been awarded a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant totaling $200,000 towards research seeking to extend the usable life of critically needed N95 respirators and other personal protective equipment (PPE).
