WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, issued the following remarks on April 16 after the Paycheck Protection Program ran out of money:
"Thousands of Oregon small businesses were able to take advantage of the Paycheck Protection Program that the Trump Administration moved with light-speed to put into effect.
