ALBANY, New York, April 17 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following notice (Case No. 19-F-0512) involving Boralex: Application of Boralex, Inc. for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 to Construct the Approximately 120-Megawatt Greens Corners Solar Facility Proposed in the Towns of Hounsfield and Watertown, Jefferson County.
