ALBANY, New York, April 17 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following notice (Case No. 19-F-0602) involving EDF Renewables: Application of EDF Renewables for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 for Construction of the Genesee Road Solar Energy Center in the Towns of Sardinia and Concord, Erie County.
