WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on the paycheck protection program running out of funding and being appointed to the bipartisan task force to advise on opening the U.S. economy:
