SYRACUSE, New York, April 16 -- Rep. John Katko, R-New York, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Katko (R, NY-24) applauded the IRS policy change that Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients will now automatically receive Economic Impact Payments directly to their bank accounts through direct deposit, Direct Express debit card, or by paper check, just as they would normally receive SSI benefits.
