WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Rep. Brenda Lawrence, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Brenda L. Lawrence (MI-14) and U.S. Senators Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) and Gary Peters (D-MI), led a letter with the entire Democratic Michigan delegation, urging Congressional Leadership to prioritize and provide funding for essential broadband programs to ensure all Americans, especially those most in need, have access to high-speed internet in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
