WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Rep. Peter A. DeFazio, D-Oregon, chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, issued the following statement after Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin announced agreements with 10 air carriers that will use Congressionally-approved grants to keep an estimated 750,000 airline employees on the payroll through September:
