WASHINGTON, April 15 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Finance Committee, issued the following statement in reaction to a report that cash payments to millions of citizens will be delayed in order to put President Trump's signature on the checks:
