ALBANY, New York, April 15 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following transcript on April 14:
To give you some facts about where we are, total hospitalizations actually basically flat, technically a tick down, which is probably the first tick down so that's a good sign but basically flat so we thing we're at the apex on the plateau.
