Yesterday, U.S. Sen. Jim Risch (R-Idaho) led a letter with 14 of his Republican Senate colleagues to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Sonny Perdue calling on the department to extend assistance to the dairy industry, which has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
