WASHINGTON, April 14 -- Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-New York, chairwoman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, issued the following statement on April 13 after participating in a conference call by the White House to convey a request from the Trump administration to delay key aspects of the 2020 Census as a result of the coronavirus crisis:
