WASHINGTON, April 14 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on April 13 on the World Health Organization urging China to close wildlife or wet markets as some of the markets have begun to reopen:
