SEATTLE, Washington, April 14 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have lodged a proposed Consent Decree in federal court that would settle a series of Clean Water Act violations with Mr. William Case, Bill Case Farms, Inc., and Case Family, LLC, of Albany, Oregon. If the court enters the Consent Decree as proposed, the defendants will restore riverbanks and wetland . . .
