As the U.S. aquaculture industry grapples with sharp market share declines and depressed prices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Arkansas's U.S. Senators John Boozman and Tom Cotton have joined colleagues to push the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding to help sustain aquaculture producers in the Natural State.
