WASHINGTON, April 13 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, issued the following statement on reports that China sunk a Vietnamese fishing vessel near the Paracel Islands in the South China Sea:
"The Chinese Communist Party has sunk to attacking peaceful fishermen to enforce its unlawful claims in the South China Sea.
